Stagnancy = Atrophy 不进则退
Life is getting more challenging, especially during the economy downturn. We have no room to pamper ourselves with excuses to live in our comfort zone anymore. During this period, we have two choices: doing nothing and wait for the recovery of economy or to grab this precious chance to do something to upgrade ourselves, polish our skills and enhance our knowledge.
The first choice will definitely turn us into loser and find ourselves to be phased out very soon. If we choose to do something and continuously upgrading ourselves, we will be able to catch the train of economy when it is on track again.
Life is full of competitors and we will always meet them. It is whether we overcome the obstacle or let the barrier to obstruct us. Bear in mind that nobody will care for our future except ourselves. Hence, start to do something NOW before finding ourselves living in the world of regret.

生活一直都是充满挑战的。尤其在现在经济衰退的时候，我们更是再也没有任何借口虚度光阴。在遇到艰难的时刻，我们有两种选择，第一是什么都不做，只默默地等待‘春天’的到来；或选择把握机会，积极地充实和提升自己。若选择前者，什么都不做，我们将会很快地被社会或竞争者淘汰。当然，若我们选择后者，不断地自我提升，当经济复苏时，就可及时赶上进度。
很多人以为现在暂时生活无忧，既然只求平淡生活，那就且安于现状就可以了。别忘了古人常说：‘逆水行舟，不进则退’。这句说其实意义深长。在现代竞争如此剧烈的环境中，周围环境的人都一直不断求进步，那如果我们只是安于现状，那岂不是等于退步吗？无论我们做什么事，从事什么工作，一定会遇到竞争者，若我们不超越他们，那只有被他们阻拦。现在就马上行动，积极地充实自己，别再若干年后才发现原来自己一直都活在悔恨中。

KK音标
KK音标是一套 ( 注音符号系统 ), 是由 John Samuel Kenyon 和 John Albert Knott 两位美国学者共同编著的发音词典 A Pronouncing Dictionary of American1956 中用于标注美式发音的符号系统 , 这是一套最常用的也是最权威的注音法，从此人们把美语标准发音惯称为 KK 音标。
DJ音标
DJ音标是根据英国学者 Daniel Jones 编的英语发音字典 (English Pronouncing Dictionary, 1963) 中的标音而来 .
英式读音根据的是 English Pronouncing Dictionary 《英语正音辞典》。它们代表了被称为 “Received Pronuciation” （ RP ）（标准读音）的读音，这在受过教育的英国人尤其是南部英格兰人中通用。
1888 年国际语音协会 (International Phonetic Association) 的语言学家便制定出一套可国际通用的语音符号叫国际音标符号 (IPA─International Phonetic Alphabet) ，希望以一个符号代表一音，并避免各人使用一套自己的符号所产生的不便。

How to learn and have good command on english? 如何学好英语？
Learning english is always something big to us, with Mandarin as our mother tongue. However, it's not impossible to learn a new language in shortest time, with effective lessons and fun created during the process of learning English.
